Family Portraits (Marysville, California)

Growing up I knew very little of the history on my father's side. Through a residency at 41 Ross in 2024 and with the help of many kind individuals, I was able to find out information on my California-born grandfather and the family. Family Portraits is created based on photos and stories of my ancestors from the historic gold rush town Marysville between 1860s and 1930s. Many of their images and information are provided by my newly found cousins Julie Hing-Pacheco, Kimberly Wing Naughton and Gordon H. Chang whom I met in my journey of discovery.
